Michael Teubenbacher grew up in Vienna with a natural curiosity for how people and organizations evolve. What began as an interest in international business soon turned into a global journey: from Austria to Germany, and ultimately to the bustling pace of Beijing, where he took on one of his most defining roles—leading CPC’s China operations. Those years shaped his leadership philosophy: transformation succeeds not through tools or templates, but through people who dare to grow.

As he built and localized teams, opened new offices, and expanded partnerships across Asia, Michael discovered his talent for guiding organizations through complexity. Whether developing maturity models, redesigning collaboration structures, or steering executives through demanding change programs, his work always centered around making transformation tangible—something people can feel, not just plan.

When he returned to Europe as a Partner and later as a Board Member responsible for CPC’s international business, he brought this perspective with him. Today, Michael helps organizations navigate global transformation challenges with clarity, empathy, and strategic precision. His certifications—as an EFQM Assessor, systemic business coach, and change expert—reflect a lifelong commitment to mastering the craft of change.
