EFQM Certified Sustainability Practitioner

The EFQM Exam pass rate is 60% on all training courses. When you successfully reach the 60% or more, your training certificate and digital badge will automatically be generated.

If you do not remember your password for the eAcademy, go to https://efqm.riseup.ai and click on Forgot your password option. Enter your username (this is your email address). If your username exists, you’ll receive an email to reset your password. Make sure you also check your spam/junk folder in case the message has landed there. You can now follow the process to setup your new password.

If your organisation is an EFQM Member (Diamond, Gold, Silver, Bronze or Academia), you have indeed access to 1 or more free training seats. In addition to these free training seats, your organisation is also entitled to a 25% discoung on all training registrations. Please contact your EFQM account manager to provide you with the corresponding promotion code that you will be able to redeem when registering to your selected training course. To achieve the EFQM Certified Sustainability Expert certification, you need to successfully complete the EFQM Certified Sustainability Foundation and Practitioner courses. Once you have completed both courses, you will automatically receive your Sustainability Expert badge through the Credly platform.

On each course, we specify the language that it will be delivered in. Most open and public courses are delivered in English. Some dates are also proposed in German and Arabic. Check on the course description to find out in which language the course will be delivered. If you are looking for the in-company delivery possibility, for 6 or more participants from your organisation, the course language can be discussed.
