Dr. Robin Mann is a globally recognized expert in business excellence, benchmarking, and organisational performance improvement. He serves as the Head of the Centre for Organisational Excellence Research (COER), New Zealand, and is the Chairman of the Global Benchmarking Network. Additionally, he is a Board Member of the New Zealand Business Excellence Foundation.
Dr. Mann is the Co-Founder of BPIR.com Limited, a leading best practice resource website, and the Founder of the International Best Practice Competition and the TRADE Best Practice Benchmarking Methodology. His expertise has been instrumental in shaping global benchmarking practices, having led over 50 benchmarking projects for the Dubai Government and supported hundreds of initiatives worldwide.
With a distinguished academic background, Dr. Mann earned his PhD in Total Quality Management (TQM) from Liverpool University in 1992. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed journal papers on business excellence and has advised governments and organisations across multiple countries on productivity and excellence strategies.
Through his pioneering work in structured and informal benchmarking, Dr. Mann continues to drive innovation, efficiency, and performance excellence across industries and nations.
